Scholarship Details
The University of Edinburgh Global Undergraduate Scholarship is offered to applicants who demonstrate the highest levels of academic achievement. Each scholarship, worth £5,000, is paid in installments directly to students to help cover living costs. These awards are tenable for the duration of your programme of study and are subject to satisfactory academic progress.
Applicants should have applied to the University of Edinburgh through the University and College Admissions Service (UCAS). Note that you do not need to have received an offer to begin the scholarship application process.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the scholarship, you must:
- Have international fee status and be accepted for full-time admission to an undergraduate degree programme hosted in the School of Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh.
- Not be a student already on the programme.
- Not be studying Mathematics as part of a degree programme hosted by another School within the University.
- Have applied to the University of Edinburgh through UCAS (an offer is not required to start your scholarship application).

- Please allow up to five working days after submitting your admission application for all system checks to be completed and for access to the scholarship application system to be granted.
