About the TotalEnergies Young Talent Program
The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program is designed to help young professionals gain real-world work experience and develop essential career skills. Through this 24-month rotational program, trainees will work in different departments, learn from experienced professionals, and receive mentorship to accelerate their careers.
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Requirements)
To qualify for the TotalEnergies Young Talent Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
Matric Plus
B/BTech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (Must be willing to relocate)
B/BTech degree in Finance or Accounting Technician (NQ5 qualification)
Skills & Experience:
✅ 0-5 years of work experience
✅ Strong academic record
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
✅ Good communication skills (verbal and written)
✅ Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
✅ Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
