About the TotalEnergies Young Talent Program

The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program is designed to help young professionals gain real-world work experience and develop essential career skills. Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Requirements)

To qualify for the TotalEnergies Young Talent Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

Matric Plus
B/BTech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (Must be willing to relocate)

B/BTech degree in Finance or Accounting Technician (NQ5 qualification)

Skills & Experience:

✅ 0-5 years of work experience
✅ Strong academic record
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
✅ Good communication skills (verbal and written)
